GYPO Mosquito Madness 2026
Get your Park ON! Mosquito Madness 2026 occurs June 20-21, 2026, celebrating the summer solstice. The event is open to all WWFF Activators and Hunters and is sponsored by the U.S. (KFF) affiliate of World Wide Flora and Fauna (WWFF). The GYPO Mosquito Madness is an international event inviting all Activators through the world to participate. Hunters everywhere are invited to search out and contact Activators everywhere, making this truly a worldwide, DX event. Get Your Park ON! Mosquito Madness will start June 20 at 0000 UTC and run through June 21 at 2359 UTC.
This event includes Special Event Stations (GYPO SES). KFF SESs will be operating with 1×1 callsigns, e.g., N5G. Hunters are encouraged to work as many of these Special Event Stations as possible, with special recognition given to those working five or more. For a Clean Sweep, activators can work all SESs. A complete list of the Special Event Stations will be provided at the start of GYPO Mosquito Madness. Their operating plans and schedules will be posted on their individual QRZ pages.
Special Event Stations
The Get Your Park ON! events sponsor Special Event Stations (GYPO SES). These stations will be active from WWFF parks throughout the operating period. KFF SESs will operate with 1×1 callsigns, e.g., N2G. Hunters are encouraged to work as many of these Special Event Stations as possible and earn special recognition.
The Mosquito Madness Special Event Stations will be published at beginning of the event.
Achievement Certificates
Certificates of Achievement are available for:
– HUNTERS: 10 WWFF references, and/or 5 SESs (endorsed increments of 5)
– ACTIVATORS: 2 References (44 QSOs)
Request a certificate via email to [email protected]. Include the number of references worked during the event, and if applicable, the number of different SESs worked. Log information is not needed.
